Laying Down Fresh Tracks as the Leader in DSPM

It’s a new year and we are busy laying down fresh tracks—with a whole new lineup of events and webinars to spread the word about Laminar in our quest to evangelize the importance of DSPM, also known as data security posture management, far and wide. We have been stirring quite the “hype” helping organizations protect their cloud data and reduce risk with this new and emerging technology. Being named as a “transformational” sample vendor in the 2022 Gartner Hype Cycle for Data Security was certainly the highlight for us last year. 

2023 is here and we are doubling down on DSPM as cloud data continues, and maybe even strengthens, its position as the currency driving business and competitive advantage. In the new year, doesn’t every organization want the visibility to discover and classify all known and unknown data, identify that data that is not adhering to data policies, and quickly discern how to mitigate the risk presented by this data in hyper-complex cloud environments? Seems like the answer is a resounding “yes,” especially in a world where something like 2.5 quintillion bytes of data is created every day. That’s a lot of data that needs to be protected. Sheesh.
